British Craft Studio is a trading name of BritCraft Studio Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16545085). These terms and conditions govern your use of the British Craft Studio website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

You must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident to place an order.

Because our products are made to your personal specification, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, once production has begun.

Please double-check all personalisation text carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in text provided by you.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time your order is confirmed.

Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards and digital wallets via our secure payment providers.

We aim to dispatch personalised orders within 3–5 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes upon receipt of full payment.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and designs — is owned by British Craft Studio and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order.
